Technology and Support
Whether or not you need our full Event Production and Hosting services, we can provide the right technology and support for your event, no matter how large or small.
We work with everything, but our current go-to platform for interactive online events is Zoom, for a number of reasons: its low band-width (which is particularly helpful for participants in regions with poor or spotty internet connection), user accessibility (you don’t have to have an account to use it and set-up is quick, painless, and can be accessed from all operating systems and devices), high-quality video and audio, integration with existing conference room technology, and excellent features.
Our favorite features include:
* Small Group Break-outs
* Screen Sharing for audio-visuals (slides, photographs, videos, etc.)
* Participant Chat (both public and private)
* Audio and Video Recording in standard output formats
* In-session Document Distribution
If your circumstances require something different or for any reason you would prefer another platform, we have experience with all the major options: MaestroConference, Citrix GoToMeeting, WebX, Adobe Connect, etc. We also integrate and augment your “real time” online event technology with any asynchronous platforms you may want to use during or in-between sessions.
Technology support includes full “driving” of all technology, an online presence to help orient people or help with issues before or during your session, written guides, video tutorials, etc.
