I love it – have a look at what I’ve created so far. \nZentangle is a simple\, relaxing practice that came out of a collaboration between a calligrapher and a former Buddhist monk. It invites us to touch that place of inner calm and stillness and create something beautiful at the same time. Over the years\, I’ve discovered how very important beauty and the arts are to help me balance the stress and speed that can take over my life\, and I invite you to join me in learning a practice that you can carry with you and apply anywhere\, anytime. \nThis isn’t so much about drawing – it’s about self-care. In this time when so much is asked of us\, self-care isn’t a luxury – it’s a necessity.
